You can use your Visa® Debit Card just like you would any other ATM or debit card. Pull it out, tap, insert, or swipe, and you’re good to go.

Is There Anything Else I Need To Know?
- No transactions will be approved when traveling outside of the United States
- No transactions will be approved when shopping online if the store or its payment processor is located outside of the United States
- If your card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately. If a monthly statement shows unauthorized transactions, you must notify us within sixty (60) days after the statement was mailed. Calls during regular business hours (9AM-5PM) and business days (Monday-Friday) should be made to 814-949-6255 or 800-570- 0876. Calls after normal business hours (5PM-9AM) or on non-business days (Saturday, Sunday, or holidays) should be made to Fiserv EFT at 1-800-554-8969 followed by written notification to Reliance Bank, 1119 Twelfth Street, Altoona PA. 16601, ATTN: Deposit Operations.
