Kerry O’Hara, Vice President, and Senior Commercial Banker, has dedicated over 25 years to the financial services industry, specializing in small business solutions and lending for the past decade. Before joining Reliance Bank, he held leadership roles with regional banks in Bellefonte and State College. He is actively involved in the Bellefonte community and serves on the board of the Bellefonte Intervalley Area Chamber of Commerce.

Nickolaus Latta, Vice President, and Senior Commercial Banker, brings 20 years of experience in banking and lending with extensive experience in commercial real estate financing. Before joining Reliance Bank, he held positions in Commercial Banking at various regional institutions. Latta possesses a strong track record in managing large commercial loan portfolios and cultivating strong client relationships, particularly within the commercial construction, heavy equipment, manufacturing, and service industries.
